Angola senior Sam Parrish will sign a letter of intent with Division II Newberry College after being discovered by a recruiter from her YouTube video series.

Parrish will play college volleyball as an outside hitter and will earn a scholarship award of $32,143 her freshman year.

Parrish was recruited by universities from California, Indiana, West Virginia but ultimately selected Newberry (in South Carolina) because of its pre-law program with ties to Charleston School of Law and a relationship with Newberry volleyball coach David Nicholson.
