Love for Love

Charles Love III caught the game-winning touchdown, a 21-yard reception from Ben Chappell with 3:50 to go in the fourth quarter of the Crimson's 17-10 victory.

Love had five catches for 46 yards and the touchdown. He appeared in one game last year, at Akron. He had offseason ACL surgery.

"He's had a great spring," IU coach Bill Lynch said. "He had knee surgery and some times it takes a guy over a year to heal up. I said to him halfway through the spring 'you've got your legs back.' He smiled and knew he did. He's been really good all spring."
