K's playoff (ridiculous) schedule here

Welcome back to the IHL, where they like to do their best to a) negate the magnitude of home-ice advantage and b) make it near impossible for fans to attend multiple road games.

Here's the Komets' schedule for the Turner Cup semifinals:

Game 1, Thursday, at Memorial Coliseum, 7:30 p.m.

Game 2, April 24, at Port Huron, 7:30 p.m.

Game 3, April 25, at the Coliseum, 6 p.m.

Game 4, April 28, at Port Huron, 7 p.m.

Game 5, April 30, at the Coliseum, 8 p.m.*

Game 6, May 1, at Port Huron, 7:30 p.m.*

Game 7, May 3, at the Coliseum, 7:30 p.m.*

* If necessary

Tickets for Games 1 and 2 are on sale at the Coliseum and at

P.S. This is the third straight year the IHL has used a 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 formatted schedule. It's due to building availabilities, but doesn't make it any less ridiculous.
