Notre Dame could be getting closer to adding another Bishop Dwenger player to its football team.
Tony Springmann, a defensive end and offensive tackle for the Saints, said he will be attending Saturday's Blue-Gold Game in a text.
Springmann has offers from Boston College, Duke, Indiana, Louisville, Michigan State, Purdue, Stanford and Wake Forest along with Notre Dame.
The 6-foot-7, 257-pound junior had 10 sacks last season and was named to the first-team All-SAC as an offensive tackle and first-team Class 4A All-State team as a defensive lineman.
Former Dwenger players John Goodman, a receiver, and Tyler Eifert, a tight end, currently play for Notre Dame.
