Buttons buttons buttons buttons buttons.

As I write this is a pretty muggy day outside, and it looks about to storm, but the heat and humidity got me thinking: I hate to crochet large projects in the summer. I would much rather work on something, anything, other than an afghan. What a great time to try your hand at thread crochet. A few years ago, I participated in a swap and my partner wanted, among other things, a doily. I had never crocheted with thread, but thought it was as good a time as any to get started with thread crochet. And, here you see my first attempt at crochet. My tension was a bit off, but the recipient liked it. - Joyce
