The deal

NAI Harding Dahm announced the following transactions:

Steve Chen represented the seller, Cole Pattern Engineering Co., doing business as Fort Wayne Foundry, and Greg Conkling represented the buyer, Yarnelle Realty LLC, doing business as Anthony Wayne Vending, in the purchase of 1.21 acres on Wolf Drive.

Stanley C. Phillips represented the lessor, Hanauer Associates LLC, and Russell Jehl represented the lessee, Nicholas Financial Inc., in the lease of retail property at 5129 Illinois Road, Suite 118.

Phillips served as a receiver for Kanter Goshen IND LLC, and Mike Dahm represented the lessee, Lippert Components Inc

., Kinro Inc., Kinro Composites, in the new lease of industrial property at 1201 Eisenhower Drive S., Goshen.
