Roster move

The TinCaps placed outfielder Rico Noel on the disabled list with a thigh injury. Fort Wayne activated outfielder Everett Williams.

Williams went 1 for 4 in the 10-6 win against South Bend.

"It was good to see Williams get on the board as well," TinCaps manager Jose Flores said. "He's been out for two weeks and knowing his timing is not there right now after sitting for two weeks, having him going in and get a hit too complements the whole lineup up and down."
