Bouch, O.C. are back

Two big pieces have fallen into place for the Komets.

The Komets announced this afternoon that goaltender Nick Boucher and forward Sean O'Connor have agreed to terms for the 2010-11 season.

Boucher ranked second only to teammate Tim Haun among IHL goalies last season with a 2.49 goals-against average and .921 save percentage, and for the third straight year was Mr. May between the pipes in the playoffs, going 6-3 with a 2.62 GA. He's playing this summer in Australia.

O'Connor, meanwhile, scored 23 goals and 72 points last season and scored five goals and nine points in the playoffs.

O'Connor's and Boucher's signing brings to 13 the number of players signed for next season.
