Fla. police arrest Kosciusko man

Seeley

A Kosciusko County man has been arrested in Florida in connection with burglary charges from the county, the county sheriff's department said today.

Franklin L. Seeley II, 37, of Burket, was being held on a Florida warrant charging cocaine possession as well as burglary charges from Kosciusko County, the sheriff's department said in a statement.

Seeley had been out on bond from a burglary charge in a May arrest, the statement said.

County deputies said they responded to a burglary call July 6 in Claypool, where a motorcycle and an ATV/4-wheeler had been stolen.

During the investigation, the statement said, officers from Mentone received information that Seeley might be living with family members in Marion. Seeley was not there, it said, but officers learned he might be in the West Palm Beach, Fla., area.

Florida officers located Seeley driving the stolen motorcycle in the parking lot of a Lantana, Fla., grocery store, the statement said.
