The following people were recently booked into the Allen County Lockup on felony charges – either on preliminary charges after arrest or after being transported from another facility – or were formally charged with a felony in Allen County. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Darin Devon Hurd, 18, of Warsaw, was booked at 11:45 p.m. July 15 on charges of marijuana possession and criminal conversion. He was released on his own recognizance.

Darrell Tyrell, 21, of the 800 block of Putnam Street, was charged July 16 with dealing a controlled substance. He was being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Robert Tyrell, 44, of the 800 block of Putnam Street, was charged July 16 with dealing a controlled substance. He was being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Erica Sanders, 33, of the 6200 block of Derbyshire Drive, was charged July 16 with domestic battery, criminal recklessness and criminal mischief. She was being held in lieu of $4,000 bail.

Cleophus Irons, 32, of he 1600 block of Reed Road, was booked at 10:35 p.m. July 19 on charges of criminal recklessness, criminal mischief and resisting law enforcement. He was being held without bail.

Larry Ferrell, 33, of the 4600 block of Brandt Court, was booked at 10:48 a.m. July 19 on a marijuana possession charge. He was released on his own recognizance.

Kevin Prather, 22, of Woodburn, was booked at 10:54 a.m. July 19 on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Jeffrey Thigpen, 38, of the 1900 block of Fox Point Trail, was booked at 11:01 a.m. July 19 on charges of resisting law enforcement and reckless driving. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
