Taking a look at wide receiver, day 2

Damarlo Belcher is the featured receiver in our second of three days breaking down the position.

Belcher, a North Side graduate, finished 2009 tied for first in touchdown receptions (5). He caught 61 passes for 770 yards.

"Damarlo can jump through the roof," IU quarterback Ben Chappell said of the 6-foot-5 junior. "It's pretty nice to throw a jump ball to him."

Another Fort Wayne product who will see more time this season is Dre Muhammad. The junior out of Harding played in five games at wide receiver and on special teams in 2009. He played a larger role during spring practice.
