No winners here!!!

The U.S. Department of Education has announced the 49 winners sharing in $650 million in i3 (Investing in Innovation) grants. The list isn't broken down by state, but a quick scan revealed no Indiana winners.

About 20 northeast Indiana school districts combined to apply for a writing curriculum grant called "All Write!!!," which I would hope was rejected for excessive use of exclamation points.
