Vice President Biden will visit Indianapolis Monday to address the drawdown of U.S. troops in Iraq as the country nears the goal of ending the combat mission on Aug. 31.
He will attend the Veterans of Foreign Wars 111th National Convention in Indianapolis, the White House said. He will deliver remarks at 11 a.m.
The vice president will also discuss the administration’s commitment to serving veterans as well as they have served the country before heading to Toledo for another event.
