Wine-themed set donated to a friend's auction
Lara Neel - The Journal Gazette
I know it looks a lot like the cloth from last week, but there are a few key differences.

A while back a friend asked me, as a crafter, if I would make something for an auction to raise money for her brother's school. I couldn't say no and almost instantly knew what to do. I made a wine-themed set including crocheted wine glass flip-flops, wine glass charms, sewn wine bottle neck sleeves and a trivet using wine corks. It really crossed a variety of my crafting abilities and I loved the set so much I'm thinking of making something similar as a gift for someone special. -- Joyce

This week, in honor of my podcast's guest, I turned out another wash/dish/anycloth. This one follows the same basic shape and construction as the cloth from last week, but has a crochet chain to cover the gaps and is in a different pattern stitch. -- Lara
