I used two chains per slip-stitch on mine, because I was afraid it would curl up after a few uses otherwise. Also, the crochet chain adds a nice, firm scrubbiness to the cloth.

This week's show is all about dishcloths. Choosing yarns, trying new patterns, and conquering the world in 100 dishcloths or more. So, I explored the same shaping for a cloth I used last week, only with a different pattern stitch. Also, I added a crochet chain across the gaps, so you don't need wraps or anything else for the short rows.
