Wide receiver Dre Muhammad, a Harding graduate, will not play in Thursday's opener against Towson because of an ankle injury.

The Hoosiers will already be without starting receiver Tandon Doss. True freshman Kofi Hughes' status remains up in the air as he has a cast on his right hand after a thumb injury.
