A Fort Wayne woman was arrested on a misdemeanor count of prostitution Tuesday after an undercover Fort Wayne police officer was offered sex for money at a local massage parlor, authorities said.

After receiving a tip about possible prostitution, an undercover officer went to S-Spa Massage Parlor at 6210 Lima Road about 10 a.m. Tuesday. The officer received a massage at the parlor and then made a deal with a female employee to receive a sex act in exchange for money, police said.

Police then arrested the 52-year-old employee and seized $5,500 in cash.

The S-Spa Massage Parlor was formerly known as Sun Spa. On May 27, police arrested a different woman on a misdemeanor prostitution charge at that same site.
