This is the beginning of a hat, but you can also make it as a stand-alone earwarmer.

This week, I'm sharing the details about just the brim of a hat. I call the pattern Orthros, after a two-headed dog in Greek mythology. It makes sense because it has two layers. And, I am a geek.

Last fall, a co-worker and I took a dichroic jewelry making class at GlassLink. After that class, we took a weekend day and went to use some studio time at the shop. I made several pieces, some of which I wear, some of which I've given away. This earring and necklace set was given to the same co-worker for a recent charity auction she conducted. -- Joyce
