John Caffray represented the lessor, Tradewinds North LLC, and the lessee, Abstract Hair & Nail Studio LLC, in the new lease of retail property at 305 Stable Drive.

Caffray also represented the lessee, Paragon Fitness Inc. dba CrossFit Fort Wayne in the new lease of property at 829 Lawrence Drive, Suite 2.

Dan Dickey represented the building owner, Show2 Realty LLC, in the renewal of a lease for property at 3508 Independence Drive. The lessee is Hyndman Industrial Products Inc.

Greg Conkling represented the seller, Richard Jett Jr. Living Trust, and Jan Bigg represented the buyer, FML’s Guardian Angel’s Properties LLC, in the purchase of property at 1425 N. Wells St.
