Ohio woman found dead; boyfriend arrested

DOVER, Ohio — An Ohio woman has been found dead in her home in Ohio and her boyfriend has been arrested.

The Times-Reporter newspaper said Dover Police Chief Ronald Johnson told a judge in seeking a warrant that the body of 33-year-old Gina Marie Harper was found about 6:20 a.m. Sunday in an upstairs room at her residence. The coroner said there were signs of head injuries and extreme blunt force trauma.

Harper's live-in boyfriend, 39-year-old Jason Lee Gordon, was arrested in Cleveland on a murder charge after a man told police Gordon had come to his home looking for a ride.

Harper was a 1995 graduate of Dover High School.
