Sunday's Crafty Living is about Green Chick Designs, a home-based business in Kendallville that is run by Melissa Hess. Hess uses recycled fabrics to make neat bags of all sizes. While interviewing her, Hess asked me about my first bag. My first bag was a "grab bag" pattern I found at All People Quilt. I needed an evening bag to take to an event so I bought the appropriate fabric and lining. My first time out with this pattern wasn't great, and up close it was horrible. But it suited just fine for it's purpose, though I've not used it since. - Joyce
