Lacia vs. Liza: Part I

Fans wanting to see the matchup between former Elmhurst teammates Lacia Gorman and Liza Clemons won't have to wait too long.

Because of scheduling needs, Gorman's Wayne team and Clemons' Snider team will play Nov. 13 at Snider.

It could be the first of three possible matchups before January, if the two teams meet in the SAC tournament.

Gorman and Clemons led Elmhurst to a Class 3A state championship two years ago, and the school closed this past spring, leading Gorman to Wayne and Clemons to Snider.

After this season, the matchups could continue in the Big Ten as Gorman is headed to Wisconsin and Clemons to Purdue.
