The opponent's view

Akron coach Rob Ianello broke down Indiana during Monday's Mid-American Conference football teleconference.

"On offense, they really have some real explosive players in Tandon Doss, Terrence Turner and Damarlo Belcher at receiver. I'm really impressed with their receivers," he said. "And Darius Willis at running back, really good skill players.

"Ben Chappell really does a nice job. He knows where to go with the ball. He knows how to manage it. Their offensive line is big and physical.

"Defense, they really play with a tremendous amount of effort and passion. They have some guys up front who do a really nice job. … They have a lot of guys who have been in the system and a lot of guys that have played a lot."
