Potts invited to camp

The Komets have invited Fort Wayne native Ryan Potts to participate in training camp, general manager David Franke said.

The grandson of Reggie Primeau, he spent five games with the Komets in 2008-09, tallying two assists.

The Komets will be missing five players when camp opens Monday, since they will be at American Hockey League tryouts, so Potts will provide the Komets an extra body they need for practices. Plus, they want to see if Potts can fill in from time to time this season.
