We came into Saturday's Indiana-Michigan game expecting a high-scoring affair.
And that's exactly what we got.
The Wolverines defeated the Hoosiers 42-35 behind another big day by quarterback Denard Robinson. He rushed for 217 yards and two touchdowns and also threw three touchdowns on 277 passing yards.
Indiana quarterback Ben Chappell threw for a school-record 480 yards. He also set school marks for completions (45) and attempts (64). It still wasn't enough.
The offenses were as advertised. So were the defenses.
IU surrendered 574 yards of total offense. Michigan had three touchdowns of at least 56 yards.
Those big plays were just enough to let another chance of beating the Wolverines for the first time since 1987 slip away.
