I have friends who are creative but who don't consider themselves crafty. Sure, they can see a pile of something and envision in their mind's eye what it would look like, but they can't quite get the finished form correct, for whatever reason.
Well, good news folks, you don't necessarily have to be crafty to be creative with your kids and keep them busy. I was reminded of this last week in an e-mail forwarded by a co-worker.
The e-mail came from the publicity firm for Craft 4 Kids. All you need is an idea, a list of supplies and the willingness to keep trying.
Not interested in finding all the individual pieces to make a craft idea of someone else's? Then head over to your local craft supply store and check out the kits they have. You might surprise yourself and become inspired to branch out beyond someone else's ideas.
