Indiana running back Darius Willis will miss the remainder of the 2010 season with a patellar tendon injury, the school announced in a news release Thursday.
The sophomore will undergo surgery Wednesday. The team's medical staff expects a full recovery.
Willis had 279 rushing yards (128 yards after contact, 45.9 percent) on 64 carries (4.3 average) with four touchdowns this season. He also had 11 catches for 102 yards and one touchdown.
