Irish could be without offensive weapon

Notre Dame could be without another top offensive weapon Saturday against Navy.

Receiver Theo Riddick is not listed as a starter this week. Riddick suffered an injury against Western Michigan.

TJ Jones is listed as the starting slot receiver, and former Bishop Dwenger standout John Goodman is the lone starter listed at one of the outside receiver spots.

Goodman and Jones had been rotating in the outside spot.

Also, safety Jamoris Slaughter is No. 2 on the depth chart. Slaughter was also slowed by an ankle injury this weekend.

Coach Brian Kelly is about to talk to the media and will likely update the injury situation.
