Boucher not on ice at K's practice

Checking in from Komets practice and goaltender Nick Boucher isn't on the ice. He has a bit of a groin strain, and the move was precautionary.

He should be able to practice Thursday and be in the lineup Friday at Arizona.

Goalie Kevin Reiter looked very good today, so it shouldn't be a concern.

The mood was light. I don't think the guys are too worried about their 4-0 season-opening loss to Rapid City.

The line combinations remain the same.
