Notre Dame nose guard Ian Williams had an MRI on Sunday to find out the extent of the damage he suffered in his left leg in Saturday's 35-17 loss to Navy.
Williams was sporting a brace on the sideline Saturday after leaving the game, and coach Brian Kelly said he would know more about the injury Monday morning.
Williams was kind enough to take part in the five questions in the week leading up to the game against the Midshipmen.
Here are his answers, and hoping he is OK.
What class is hardest for you to get out of bed and go to every week?
I would have to say Media Ethics. It's 9:30 in the morning, after workouts and all we do is talk the whole time.
If you had to eat the same thing every day for a full year, what would you choose and why?
Subway meatball sandwich with Parmesan and provolone, no toast
Other than a professional football player, what would your dream job be?
Being a game analysis for ESPN or College Game Day.
If you could change one thing about college football, what would you change?
I would say the celebration. College is so much pageantry, so much fun for kids my age. I think they should let us celebrate, just a little bit. Not drastic like they do in the NFL, but they should let us a little bit.
If you could have dinner with one person, alive or dead, who would it be and why?
My grandmother. She passed away when I was young, and I never got to know her. She would be that person.
