Your indoor plant: 2

This Christmas cactus is over 50 years old. We got it from my husband’s grandmother about 25 years ago.

It had been looking pretty sad for a while and I was afraid it might die but low and behold all of a sudden it started perking up and looking great.

It has flowered like this three separate times within the last year. I am so glad we did not lose this plant as it means a lot to us for sentimental reasons.
