Hope thinks his team still has chance to win

With quarterback Rob Henry apparently healthy enough to again play consistently Saturday and a defense that has been solid, coach Danny Hope likes his team's chances to win its final two games and get bowl eligible.

Hope said Tuesday that his team's mind-set is good despite being on a four-game losing streak and facing must-win games.

"I think we've been excited to play and ready to play against the quality opponents that we played the last couple of Saturdays, and they've really gone out there and played to win and played with a lot of heart and a lot of energy," Hope said during his weekly news conference. "I think it's really obvious from how hard that we're playing on Saturdays that we want to win.

"We've made some real progress as a football team in a lot of key areas that gives us some confidence that we can play and match it with anybody and have a chance to win on Saturdays."
