Freshman Dee Dee Williams, already a pivotal member of Purdue's rotation, was game and on-point in her first introduction to a group of media members who cover Purdue.
She played along by answering the random questions.
When was the last time you pulled an all-nighter? It was probably back in high school. During the summer and since, I've been getting rest. I get to sleep at like 6 o'clock in the evening if I don't have study tables.
In a studying capacity? Probably out with friends.
What word makes you cringe? That is so hard.
Do you want some examples? Yeah.
Jason Werner said "milch," which is milk in German. Keith Smith said colonoscopy. I probably would say "bats." They creep me out. I'd probably have to say spiders. Even like hearing spiders, I'm like, "No, I can't be around it."
What happens when you die? My soul lifts up and goes to a better place.
What's in your closet? In my closet, I have clothes, shoes. A lot of shoes, actually. I love shoes. I have my iron.
Do you use that very much? No. (laughs) What else do I have in there? Hangers. My laundry basket.
What's the most important feature on a car? I'd probably say seat belts. You always want to be safe.
What's been the weirdest fan request? I don't think I have one.
You still have four years. You'll get there. OK. (laughs)
Do you karaoke? Like singing? We've done it on Guitar Hero. They were playing guitars and were like, "Does anybody want to sing?" So I was like, "I will." So I just started singing. It was kind of bad. But I still did it.
At least it was in a group of friends at somebody's house and not in a bar or something. Yeah.
Oh, you can't get into a bar yet. Right. (laughs)
