IU tops Evansville

Indiana continued its best start since the 2007-08 season, defeating Evansville 67-54.

Maurice Creek scored a game-high 19 points as IU improved to 4-0. He made four three-points, two coming during IU’s 22-0 run in the second half.

Verdell Jones III scored 18 points and Christian Watford had 12.

Tom Pritchard had eight points, eight rebounds and five blocks.
