Crayon Acorn Cap Napkin Rings

Acorn caps
Acorns
Broken crayons, approximately one crayon per acorn
Glass jar or tin can
Saucepan
Play-Doh
Push pins
Glue
Thin ribbon
Large-eyed needle
Instructions:
1. Insert a push pin into the top of an acorn to make a small handle. Push the acorn into a lump of Play-Doh and remove carefully, creating an acorn shape in the clay.

3. Pour the melted crayons into the Play-Doh mold. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes, then remove the clay and rinse any clay bits from the crayon acorn.
4. Use the push pin to make a small hole at the top of two acorn caps.
5. Thread a piece of ribbon through the holes and tie knots at either end to secure the ends inside the acorn caps.
6. Glue the crayon acorns into the caps.
