The unbeatable Miami Heat, winners of 75 games before the season ever started (or so some people were saying), have lost again.
This time the Indiana Pacers -- the Indiana Pacers! -- housed them in their own house, a beatdown so thorough it left you wondering if the fondest wish of every Cleveland fan ("Cavs 120, Heat 98" is the approximate working title) comes true Dec. 2, when LeBron, D-Wade, C-Bosh and Assorted Flavors come to town.
It also leaves me to suspect what I've suspected all along about the Heat, which is that, without the Three Kings Of Orient Are, they're the Sioux Falls Skyforce. Or the Fort Wayne Mad Ants, for that matter.
Revealing stat of the night Monday: The Pacers' bench outscored the Heat bench 40-4.
Second revealing stat: The Heat is now 8-6. Which means they have to go, um, 67-1 the rest of the way now to get to those 75 "Ws."
Yeaahhh, not happenin'.
