Austin Peay is warming up in Mackey Arena.
That likely means another easy game for No. 10 Purdue tonight.
During these games, it's tough to get a gauge for much. But here are a couple things I'll be watching:
- How much will Lewis Jackson play? Jackson injured his left shoulder running into multiple screens on Sunday. Though coach Matt Painter said Jackson will play tonight, it's likely Purdue won't need him to win. So I'd expect Jackson's minutes to be limited, especially with games on Friday and Saturday this week against likely better competition.
- How many three-pointers will JaJuan Johnson attempt? In his last two games, Johnson has shot six three-pointers and made the first three of his career. It'll be interesting to see, now that he's made some, if his attempts go up.
- Who will have the highlight play? E'Twaun Moore has been providing incredibly athletic offensive plays early this year, but I'm excited to see Terone Johnson tonight. He'll probably get 20-plus minutes, and he has Moore-like skills.
