Report: Indiana to name Wilson coach

Kevin Wilson will be named Hoosiers' next football coach, the Indianapolis Star reported Monday. Citing sources close to the Indiana football program, the Star reported a press conference is scheduled for 4 p.m. Tuesday in Bloomington. Citing sources close to the Oklahoma program, KFOR, a television station in Oklahoma, also said on its website that Wilson is headed to IU.

Indiana had not made any announcement as of late Monday.

Wilson confirmed interviewing for the position to reporters in Oklahoma on Monday. He also said he had not been offered the job.

"I talked to them," he told The Oklahoman. "We'll see where it goes. Nothing's final yet."
