Speculation centers on Wilson

Kevin Wilson, the offensive coordinator at Oklahoma, continues to be the dominate name in speculation for Indiana's next football coach.

The Tulsa World, citing sources in Oklahoma's athletic department, said Wilson interviewed for the job Monday.

Wilson was the co-offensive coordinator at Oklahoma from 2002-05. He became the sole offensive coordinator in 2006. He won the Frank Broyles Award as the nation's top assistant coach in 2008.

Wilson has ties to the Big Ten. He was an offensive coordinator at Northwestern from 1999-2001. He was promoted to assistant head coach, maintaining the offensive coordinator duties, in 2001.

Wilson coached at Miami (Ohio) from 1990-1998. He was the offensive lines coach in 1990-91, the offensive coordinator/lines coach from 1992-97 and the offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach in 1998.
