    The IPFW women's soccer team (1-6) fell 3-0 at Oxford, Ohio to Miami. Kelsey Dinges scored for the RedHawks in the 25th minute from a free kick deflection to give the hosts a one-goal advantage at halftime.

IPFW leads Toledo at the half, 38-34, at Memorial Coliseum, but it could have been a little closer.

Holding the ball for the last shot, Zach Plackemeier's pass intended for freshman Mike Kibiloski was intercepted at half court by Toledo's Zack Leahy. In his haste to beat the clock, Leahy went in for the layup too fast and missed the bunny, otherwise Toledo would be two points closer.

Guards Zach Plackemeier and Ben Botts have 12 and 10 points for IPFW, which has hit on 10 of 18 three-point attempts.
