3 children killed, 1 hurt in mobile home fire

BUCYRUS, Ohio – Authorities say three children were killed in a mobile home fire in north-central Ohio.

Bucyrus police captain Joe Greathouse said a teenage boy also was injured in the fire Thursday night.

Fire Chief Jay Keller tells the Telegraph-Forum newspaper that the fire appears to have started in the living room. The cause is being investigated.

The identities and ages of the children haven’t been released. It’s not clear whether they all lived at the home.

Bucyrus is about 65 miles north of Columbus.
