Snider junior ties for third-most individually

Snider junior Akilah Sims scored 34 points in the Panthers' 68-43 win over Concordia in the SAC tournament semifinals Thursday.

The 34 points is tied for third-most individually in tournament history.

Tiffany Gooden, also of Snider, scored 34 in 1990 vs. Bishop Luers.

Linda Stadler of Wayne had 38 in 1977 and Stefanie Gerardot of Luers had 36 in 2004.
