IPFW's back in the game

It's halftime inside a fairly crowded Memorial Coliseum, and Oakland's league-leading Golden Grizzlies are leading the Mastodons, 35-32.

After trailing 32-21, IPFW has made an impressive comeback to get back in the running, holding Oakland to three free throws over the last 6:26.

Freshman forward Michael Kibiloski, 6-foot-7, has not only been effective in holding Oakland's 6-11 all-Summit League center Keith Benson to six points in the first half, but had scored four points and has had five rebounds.

Frank Gaines leads IPFW with nine points.

On a side note, IPFW's 6-10 center Trey McCorkle seems to have re-injured his left hip, and has played sparingly.
