Firefighters work to remove a 32-year-old Michigan man from an accident early Tuesday morning.

Written statement issued Tuesday morning: Kim Norton, Orland Volunteer Fire Department Deputy Chief/PIO, released information related to a single-vehicle crash.

Orland emergency crews were called to action early this morning for a vehicle versus tree accident at County Road 700 West and State Road 120. Slippery road conditions contributed to the accident which occurred at 04:30 AM. A 32 year old Coldwater, Michigan man, complaining of severe pain, was transported to Cameron Hospital by Steuben County EMS. Orland was also assisted by Steuben County 911 and the Steuben County Sheriffs Department.
