Komets game delayed

Bus breaks down

The Komets' game at Bloomington, Ill., scheduled for 8 p.m. (Fort Wayne time), will start at least an hour late, general manager David Franke said.

The Komets' bus broke down about an hour outside of Bloomington and they are awaiting a replacement bus to get them to the arena.

"We don't know what's wrong with the bus," Franke said. "It just stopped running. We don't have a good gauge when the game will start; it depends on when they get there. But it will be an hour late at the minimum, probably more like 90 minutes."
