Back from shoot around

It's close to noon here in Erie, and the Mad Ants just got back from shoot around at the arena, which is a mini-version of the Coliseum. Except that hockey boards are still up while the basketball floor is down, which makes it a little strange-looking.

Breakfast was available from 8-9 at the hotel restaurant, which means most of the players were down closer to 9. Rookie guard Corey Allmond was the first to show, then Anthony Kent. Some didn't even have breakfast.

The group left at 9:30 for an hour-long shoot around, got to the arena about 10. That went to 11 a.m. It took about 15 minutes to get everyone gathered up and back on the bus, which had an awful time getting up a hill.

Anyway, everyone is back in their rooms, as am I.

I'll be back later in the day.
