Bluffton and Adams Central have split their two-game series, which has occurred in less than two weeks.
The Jets beat the Tigers 59-54 on Jan. 12 in the ACAC tournament, while revenge came for Bluffton 50-41 in the regular season matchup Friday.
The rubber match could come in a Class 2A sectional game.
“There is a very good chance we could see them again in sectional, and we have both won at home and that one would be on a neutral court,” Adams Central coach Aaron McClure said. “I would expect nothing more different that night than a great ball game.”
While Bluffton coach Kevin Leising was discounting the revenge factor, Tigers senior Michael Vanderkolk (15 points) did not.
“They beat us for the first time since I was in high school, so it was nice to come back and win over them,” Vanderkolk said.
