The city is considering how to spend $75 million in utility settlement money.

The group issued a notice Thursday morning as a reminder that meetings are open to the public.

The initial session will serve as an organizational meeting and include several informational presentations.

The meeting is 5 to 6:30 p.m. in Room 128 of the City-County Building, 1 E. Main St.
