Rick Ramsey, Turnstone’s equipment loan manager, received the 2010 Pathfinder Award from the Safari Club International. The world’s most accomplished hunters recognize an individual with disability who has a “never quit” attitude and works hard to discover his or her own way through life.

IPFW announced that Jim McAtee is the university’s new director of career services. McAtee has more than 13 years in employment services, including the last eight years in university career services at East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C.

The Olin B. and Desta Schwab Foundation announced four new members to its board of directors. They are Matt Bell, Regional Chamber of Northeast Indiana; Kathleen Randolph, WorkOne Northeast; Courtney Tritch, Northeast Indiana Fund; and William Zielke, Frontier Communications. In 2010, The Schwab Foundation provided $263,000 in grants to organizations that help Northeast Indiana students choose careers.

Spencer DePoy was appointed to the position of vice president, Indiana regional sales manager for Brandeis Machinery and Supply Co. DePoy is responsible for the sales management of the company’s Indiana branches in Indianapolis, Fort Wayne and South Bend.
