Written statement issued by the University of Notre Dame Alumni Association regarding the new license plate design.

The State of Indiana is introducing a new design for the Notre Dame license plate this year.

The plate is available to any Indiana resident for autos, RVs and motorcycles. You can order it online via the Notre Dame page on the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles web site www.myBMV.com/specialty or by visiting your local Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles license branch.

The Notre Dame license plate program helps support the service, academic, and other programming of the Notre Dame Alumni Association.

NOTE: Customers who already have a Notre Dame plate will keep the current plate for 2011 and will be issued the new plate design when they renew for 2012.
